# Invalid IDP Info error on Brinkagent

Every time a username (enterprise email address) is entered and the ‘Login’ button is clicked, CloudBrink SaaS will determine the authentication scheme configured for the enterprise and presents the challenge to the user. If that domain is not available/setup on Cloudbrink infrastructure, Invalid IDP error message is displayed.
